Dear Readers,
For those of you who know me, this won't come as a shock when I say, I am super vain.
Stephanie told me that I was the most vain person she knew (around last year), and at first I was like, "Huh...me???" then in self-reflection, I agreed that yes I am vain, but the MOST vain?? Goodness.
Anyhoo, to prepare for my Krabi reunion trip, I took a long lunch break to thread my eyebrows. And to be honest, when the beautician finished, I looked and the mirror I felt so 'anti-climatic'. It's alot to do with anticipation, and how I build things up, like...somehow just by grooming my eyebrows I will feel like a super model.
My parents are super sweet, instead of going home after work, we all went to this shopping centre so that I can get................a pedicure and eyelash extensions!! (They went off for dinner while I was at the beauty parlor)
Somehow I figured that with this weightloss, nicer eyebrows, clearer face, and longer eyelashes, I would feel like a million bucks? I don't feel like a huge cow anymore (hurrah!!!) but not a million baht...wait I mean million dollars (gotta aim higher). Speaking of my longer eyelashes...they aren't much longer, rather they are curled???? Maybe my request got lost in translation.
Um, other than that, work is coming together, I saw a mock up of my product package, again...anti-climatic, just hoping for the best that it will look nice after emboss-ing and lamination.
Did you guys know that alcohol (rubbing) can ruin a camera lens??? I've been using it as a disinfectant for the cosmetic scopes at the company...and today Dad says it might damage the lens...oops...
I have to take the alcohol bottle and cotton pads from my staff and hide all evidence early tomorrow morning....
Don't worry, I'll be stealth.
