Dancing like a mad woman

Dear Readers,

I felt so lazy today, but forced myself to go to Body Jam.
I would suggest dance classes (aerobic) classes to anyone. It is super liberating to be in a class with total strangers and work out like its nobody's business.

For my resolution list of 2009, I will put down, "learn and master latin dancing"

*pause*
Oh I just saw the preview for "Martian Child", mesmerised by John Cusack once again.

ooh! I have the best news, today I tried on my skinny jeans and...no more muffin top!!!

Its lovely! So now I am working on converting my skinny jeans to fat jeans. Funny story, with this weight loss, I feel that I'm becoming less...curvy, so I asked the trainer how to make my butt bigger, and she gave me the STRANGEST look, and I had to repeat my question.

The solution to a rounder buttocks is to do...AS MANY SQUATS and LUNGES as possible. ARgh!!! I hate them the most! But I'm forcing myself to do lots of squats and lunges and my legs are so sore. Usually during Body Pump I leave the class during the lunge section, Denise scolds me saying its her favourite track! So now everytime I am doing my squats and lunges I think of her, and push myself to do more.

But, the question on my mind is...are we born with a certain body shape? or can we mould one? Does exercise/weight lifting really sculpt our bodies?

Cheers to a rounder behind?
Stacy
